Can I keep my current phone numbers?
Yes. We move your existing numbers to the new service. Keep your current service active until we confirm the move is finished.
What does it cost?
It depends on how many people need phones and which features you want. Request a quote and you’ll get one monthly price, with taxes and fees itemized.
Is there a contract?
Yes. Service agreements start at 12 months. The term and every charge are on the quote before you sign anything.
Do I need new phones?
Not always. If your desk phones are models the system supports, we can set those up. If not, we’ll recommend ones that are.
Do the phones work if the power or internet goes out?
Desk phones need power and a working internet connection, so they won’t work during an outage. The mobile app runs on your cell’s connection, so calls can still reach you there.
